James was the perfect caller for our school's family barn dance. He was warm and funny and had everyone on the dance floor, young and old, confident or shy, all laughing and having a fantastic time. These kinds of events have the potential to be very awkward if you don't have the right person up front, but he made everyone feel relaxed and we all had a fantastic evening. an excellent choice to play at our wedding, they were a great band, very helpful, easy to book, and lovely people all around. They were happy to have discussions with us around what we were looking for, the logistics etc. As for the music, they were amazing and sounded so professional - there was something for everyone and all our guests had a fantastic time. On the day we didn’t have to worry, they turned up and did all the setting up and packing up really quickly. Also, Matt went absolutely above and beyond with helping us to do our own little surprise performance during our wedding. We couldn’t recommend them enough!

We had the lovely John Cheney entertain us at Westlake House, Horsham yesterday.
It was a lovely afternoon and we all had a wonderful time! Great choice of songs and compilations which were very appropriate for the audience!
One particular gentleman who would normally just quietly observe, sang along to all the songs, which was very special for us! He commented that you could have a 17 piece band that wouldn't sound as good as John! He was quite disappointed when the music finished, so John kindly did another one for him.

NeoRoots, stepped in at very short notice and made everything very easy. Tino was helpful, and reassuring , they just got in with the job in hand. They were an amazing band and the lead singer certainly knew how to sing.....and made me and my friends feel very included. I would absolutely book them again if i have another event.
