Fonda Feeling - Aerialist / Acrobat | Boston, Massachusetts(no reviews)
Based In: Boston, Massachusetts
As a circus artist, I endeavor to make my acts the most polished, dynamic, and beautiful that they can be. I often bring a retro or classic 30's style with a moden twist. I am primarily trained in aerial hoop and contortion, with a background in silks, rope, flaying and static trapeze, sling, Spanish web, hand balance, and partner acrobatics. I also perform sideshow, fire, burlesque, living statue, and some dance. Available for booking:
Aerial Hoop: My style as a hoop performer is languid, elegant, and dynamic. I use the hoop as an extension of myself, and float, glide, and spin through the ... air. Acts for this apparatus are customizable, I have a well of acts to contemporary music, but anything you can think of is possible.
Contortion: I am mainly a backbend contortionist. I use dance to create a smooth, silky style of movement from one trick to the next. Acts are also customizable in this discipline.
Sideshow performance: I perform human blockhead, glass walking, fire arts, and glass eating. I generally do "Classic" sideshow performance, but working it into music or as a part of another act is more than doable.
I often perform burlesque, and burlesque-style acts, as well. Everything I do can be made family-friendly, and many of my aerial acts already are.
Fonda Feeling is a Boston-based circus artist, burlesque, and sideshow performer. Trained in theater from a very young age, she was also trained as a vocalist for eight years.
She took to burlesque at the age of 19, and then fell in love with flying immediately afterwards. Starting her training in aerial silks, she soon found Aerial Hoop and knew that would be her calling. At her home studio, Esh Circus Arts, she has spent the last several years honing her talents in hoop, contortion, hand balance, partner acrobatics, sling and cyr wheel.
Over the last 5 years, she has traveled far and wide ... as a circus artist and burlesque performer, performing from Montreal, to Florida, to Dubai and back to Boston.
