Biography

My name is Barbara and I am a professional violinist based in Marlborough, Wiltshire.
From a young age I was drawn to music. Once I picked up an instrument for the first time, there was no turning back. By high school, the dream of becoming a professional musician crystallised, and years of rehearsals and music lessons later, I am now the professional violinist I wanted to be.
I've been travelling with my violin to play gigs in Germany, Slovakia, Czechia and Saudi Arabia to name just a few. In the UK, apart from wedding ceremonies, I was a part of X- Factor show, member of a musical in ... London Palladium, entertaining guests in O2 arena and I was one of the musicians of the famous, flashmob wedding proposal on Waterloo Station accompanied by live orchestra!
Classical training combined with a passion for all varieties of music gives me a wonderful tool to influence people's lives through sound, to inspire; to see people dance and smile.
From pop, jazz, R&B to Broadway hits and classical pieces... I can create any kind of mood for your special day.
