As a full time bassist of 17 years, I am constantly gigging with various different acts whether it be theatre, functions, tours, recording, cruises, etc. Because of this, I've developed my repertoire to 1,000's of songs at the drop of a hat from rock to pop, reggae to jazz, soul to house! This has enabled me to be a busy freelance musician who loves playing with different people and acts.
I'm a capable sight reader and can play by ear as well. When I'm on stage and the act require me to dance and put on a show, hand me my wireless and you'll see me boogying away on the dance floor!

Biography

I'm a classical trumpeter originally and this gave me a phenomenal understanding of theory, harmony and sight reading having been principal trumpeter for Harrow Philharmonic Orchestra when I was 17!
When I was 13 I started playing the Bass Guitar which grew very quickly into my main instrument!
With my bass, I've been very lucky to travel all over the world gigging from Norway to Australia, the US to the UK with hit, cruises and non hit acts. From The Royal Albert Hall to blues clubs in Germany, I've gigged in almost every aspect of the industry from Television, radio, festivals, clubs ... , cruise ships and many more.
I have a good knowledge of sound and equipment as well due to being a sound man for various show bands and theatre acts across the UK!
I demonstrate bass guitars for various companies across the UK and abroad including Vintage and Fret-King Guitars, Yamaha Guitars, FM Cables, Crimson Guitars, Safran Basses and am used to public speaking and speaking to crowds of musicians! Read More
