8. Choose the Food/Catering
Whether it’s nibbles and hors d’oeuvres or a full sit down meal, this is a key part of your planning. If you’re doing your own catering, make sure you plan quantities carefully – or make your life easy and book a caterer.
9. Order Drinks/Book a Mobile Bar
The same goes for your drinks, quantities are key if you’re buying the drinks in advance. Hiring a mobile bar can be a great option if you’re at a larger venue. And don’t forget the glasses!
