I’m extremely lucky to have had the opportunity to baffle and entertain tens of thousands of spectators over the years, in theatres, at private and corporate events and on cruise ships. My cabaret magic shows are especially popular, as is my close-up mix & mingle service. My material incorporates skilful sleight of hand magic, but also unnerving mentalism (mind-reading)...
I perform new and classic - invented by some of the greatest magicians of the last 120 years - interactive, before your very eyes sleight of hand magic and mentalism. No suspicious looking boxes. No stooges. No assistan ... ts (glamorous or otherwise).
It's magic and mentalism with ordinary props: coins, cards, handkerchiefs, newspapers. You'll experience the immediacy and impossibility of close-up magic without the painted dragons and sequins of stage illusionists and he'll present the best of a vast history of great sleight of hand magic and mentalism.

We asked Casper to entertain us at a family gathering of 14 to celebrate a 40th Birthday. He arrived on time, at a house we had hired in the middle of nowhere in the Suffolk countryside. He swiftly proceeded to delight us with magic tricks. He opened with a walkaround show that was enjoyed by the whole family, aged 5 to 65. I can confirm his close up slight of hand must be on point, as he was followed around the room by a 5, 8 and 11 year old who sat as inappropriately close to a magician as only children can. Following an hour of magic Casper moved onto our main event, a mentalist show. I can only describe this as WOW and baffling. Besides entertaining us for the night, we spent the whole next day concocting, very bad, theories to how he did what he did. Thank you Casper, we had a fantastic evening.

Caspar came and performed in a hotel room which, I imagine, is unusual. He was charming, funny and, most importantly his performance and tricks were excellent. Sleight of hand and close up work was excellent. Caspar's performance was a surprise at a (very) small party but what a great idea, a New Year that I won't forget. Thanks Caspar.

Experience

Caspar has been a professional magician for over 10 years. He is a seasoned close-up magician, performing at mainly private events. He is also a stage performer, having supported Jerry Sadowitz on his tours since 2012. He's taken four different shows to festivals throughout the UK and America, most notably the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. He has also performed his shows on cruise ships and more intimately in private "soirée" settings.
