Description

Coenie Naudé is a powerful tenor vocalist that specializes in Rock music. His powerful vocals accompanied by an acoustic guitar has mesmerised big crowds in the southern part of Africa. His sets includes a mix of Original music, as well as Cover songs all performed in English, Afrikaans and isiZulu.
In a sea of carbon copy makers, Coenie Naude has cultivated his distinctive sound by creating forward-thinking rock music influenced by "Old School" Rock.
As a Solo Artist (Acoustic) OR with his full Rock band, Coenie released his debut album in 2022 in collaboration with Hunter Kenne ... dy (Author), Richard Onraet and Francois van Coke (Producers) and Danie du Toit (Author) at the helm of the hard songs on the album. Coenie shared the entire stage with Francois van Coke and Spoegwolf, where he sang along with both of them, respectively, of their big hits.
He was also part of the main rock stage of the inniBos arts festival in 2021 (bietjie - bietjie bos); Main stage of Aardklop 2022; main stage of inibos buitelig familiefees 2022; Jacaranda Warm Fest 2022; Picnic Sundays main stage 2022.
Coenie gives 100% of himself ... Every time he enters the stage.

You impressed me and all the people a lot. Many of the people came to ask for your details and said that you read the crowd so well and of course everyone loves your voice. The people thoroughly enjoyed you. You are so far the only artist I will refer to in Nelspruit. But the others are not a match against you. Your work is fantastic.

At the Lowveld Oktoberfest last year (2019), I remember clearly getting there and being hand an ice cold beer and the following sentence “You got to watch Coenie later” by Belinda Erasmus. I thought okay, I will give it a go. And on this massive stage stood a handsome young guy with his guitar and something inside of my musical head said “Watch this oke”. A year later and Coenie Naude is THE name on every Lowvelder’s lips that have seen him or read about his future success. What I always like about Coenie is how down to earth he is. And this music teacher by day has captured a lot of national success (aka Francois van Coke). Soon to be first-time-daddy I asked Coenie a few questions.
