Biography

My name is Molly and I am 24 years old from Birmingham. I graduated from Stratford Upon Avon College with an extended diploma in performing arts in 2017, I then went on to study musical theatre at the University of Wolverhampton a year later.
In 2019 I applied for a lead singer/performance host on the show team at Cruise and Maritime Voyages and was successful. Whilst I worked at Cruise and Maritime Voyages I performed in a variety of different shows which included a Broadway show, an ABBA show, an 80's show and one named Magellans Voyage in which I had to sing in different languages such ... as Spanish and Italian.
I also hosted day time activities for the guests and in the evening I would host game shows, perform cabarets and also perform in the main entertainment shows on board. Working on a cruise ship was an amazing experience as I got to see parts of the world I never thought I'd visit. I would love to perform on a cruise ships again one day because I feel as if my time on cruises was unfortunately cut short due to the outbreak of Covid-19.
I am now a lead vocalist at a 5* Resort in Paphos Cyprus called Olympic Lagoon. The shows are of a very high quality and the experience from this role has allowed me to gain new skills and develop my talents as a performer which I can use in future roles. This experience has also allowed me to gain more confidence in myself which I can use not only in everyday life but also use towards more and more guests which I interact with throughout everyday during the daytime activities and the evening performances.
