I am 26 years old, from Durban, South Africa. I am primarily a singer (lounge music/cover songs) But I also play the trumpet, and have a basic understanding of keyboard. I am available as an individual artist, or as an acoustic duo with the man in my Youtube videos (Khethelo Zungu - jazz guitarist) I have performed as a lounge duo in the Oyster Box Hotel (5star Hotel) as a resident act, as well as performed at music festivals with a full band in South Africa.

Biography

Having grown up playing in various jazz bands playing the trumpet, and now playing in an acoustic duo based in Durban. I am 26 years old. I have played in bands throughout my life and have recorded some music (you can find original music on iTunes - Apparently Jak - Bright Smile and The view)

Experience

Experience as lead singer and trumpet player in a live rock band based in Durban. Opened up for bands such as The Kickstands, Gangs of Ballet and Desmond and the Tutus. Played as an acoustic duo at The Oyster Box Hotel (5star hotel) Durban, South Africa as a resident gig (weekly gigs for 3 hours per night). Also have experience in trumpet playing in orchestras and Jazz bands through school.
