Show Description

I can sing a large array of songs and there will always be something for everyone. I love to get involved and have a great time. I absolutely loves what I do and will always put on the best show that I can.
I have a large list of songs which will either make you want to sing along and/or get to dance.
When singing with the duo we can be very flexible, if you want up-beat, toe tapping songs that is no problem but if you would prefer a more relaxed, chilled out atmosphere that is also something we can do. The beauty of acoustic is that we can change the feel of songs, pick the tempo up, drop ... the tempo etc. The acoustic duo has been in high demand, we try to stand a part from other duos and put our own spin on songs. We are quite quirky people in general and I think you can feel that through our music, in a good way!! When I describe it to people I always say it is similar to Radio 1 Live Lounge.

Biography

Kirsty has been singing professionally since 2010 where she started as a solo singer. Since then Kirsty joined a 10 piece Motown Band where she was a lead singer. After the band spilt Kirsty carried on singing solo and then joined huge party band The Midnight Cats. She has been with the band since 2012 and has enjoyed singing the night away at lots of different occasions. While gigging with the band Kirsty also sang solo at wedding ceremonies and then started gigging as part of an acoustic duo named The Acoustic Cats with guitarist Steve from the band. The acoustic duo is incredibly popular & ... they are always out gigging.

You really set Cassie and Phil's day off to an AMAZING start, then once we all headed over to the gardens , you guys were probably one of the highlights of my day. You had us all dancing and singing along to some amazing songs, with a drink in my hand and the sun shining surrounded by my favourite people EVER I couldn't of been happier !!! it was simply perfect !! I will passing your details on to anyone wanting a similar service at their wedding / party x lucy. (one of the many bridesmaids)

Kirsty and Steve played at our Wedding on Nov 4th. Everyone of our guest has mention how good they were and myself and San can say the same, although the photographer whizzed us away during the drinks reception and we missed most of their set. We have seen them prior at the Oast House, Manchester and the whole place was rocking, the atmosphere we wanted for our guest. Thank you guys. Although the music is important, for us it's also about the person. Kirsty and Steve are lovely, genuine people. Very down to earth people with exceptional talent and professionalism.

We recently had Kirsty come and sing during our wedding at The Deanwater hotel, we had her singing the bride's entrance song, 4 others while we were signing the register and then a 45 minute set during the drinks reception and can't thank her enough for the role she played, she was absolutely brilliant and made such a difference to our day. So many of our guests commented on how wonderful she was! Kirsty made everything easy for us and was in contact in the stressful days before the wedding to confirm that everything was all set which put our minds at ease. We can't recommend Kirsty highly enough and want to say thank you so much for making our special day that little bit more special! Mark & Jennifer Atkins
