Biography

Rachel Kate Cottom, 19 years old. I trained at the Northern Ballet School, on the Musical Theatre course. Awarded a Level 6 Diploma in Professional Dance, Trinity Certified. Before this I danced for 14 years, gaining RAD examinations from Pre-primary all the way to Grade 8, with vocational exams, Inter-Foundation, Intermediate, Advanced 1, training at Advanced 2 standard. I gained ISTD exams in modern and tap from Grade 1 and in both I have Advanced 1, and I'm training at Advanced 2 standard. This gave me the foundation to my skill base and confidence to perform in front of large audiences. I ... also have a DDI ISTD Modern teaching qualification gained in 2018. I have had the chance to perform in ballets and musicals whilst in training, this have given me the chance to perform solo as a dancer and a vocalist, whilst also acting alone. Read More
