Biography

Hope Heaven is a BMus Vocal Performance graduate from Chichester Conservatoire, based in Banstead. She is passionate about teaching, performing, and about making music with others. Hope has run many local choirs and choral workshops in and around Surrey, and was the 2017-21 Tenor Scholar at Arundel Cathedral, and the 2023-24 Choral Scholar for St Cecelia Chorus, Banstead. Hope currently sings with The Fourth Choir, and has recently performed with them at Wilton Music Hall (The Dead), The Barbican (Classical Pride; Sky Arts), and The Royal Albert Hall (Handel's Messiah; BBC Proms). Hope has r ... ecently accepted a place to study a Classical Singing Masters at Trinity Laban, London, commencing in September. Hope performs at care homes, as a Singer/Pianist and aims to go and persue a career in opera and performing on cruise ships. Previous roles include: Finn in The Legend of Finn McCool (Not Just Opera), Valintin/Wagner in Faust (NSO, Guildford Opera), Andy in 42nd Street (ESPA), Acis and Damon in Acis and Galatea (NSO, Chichester Conservertoire), The Sourceress in Dido and Aeneas (POP), Mopsa/Autumn/Chorus in The Fairy Queen (Not Just Opera), and Mercury in Orpheus in the Underworld (Chichester Conservertoire).

Hope is a gifted and gorgeous singer pianist. She performed all of our requests, and was a perfect addition to our birthday celebrations. It was an engaging performance full of fun singalongs, and beautiful vocals.

Hope was an incredible addition to our musical theatre themed three course meal. She came as her drag persona ‘Harmony Heaven’. She led the dance-a-long elements perfectly of our 20s musical theatre event, and she sang some broadway classics, and was the star of our finale!

Hope was an incredible addition to our wedding. Having her play and sing as I walked down the aisle was beautiful. She is a gorgeous classical singer, and then having her do an hour and a half of more upbeat party tunes was incredible fun.
