Biography

On leaving school and following a scientific career for six years, Jonathan gave up his job to follow a performing career.
After three years at Queen Margaret University, gaining a Diploma in Drama (with a Merit in Stage Fighting) Jonathan has performed in many areas of the entertainment industry including repertory, touring in musicals and plays, children's theatre and has performed magic and puppetry at a multitude of private events.
His TV and film appearances have ranged from Perry's father in 'Harry Enfield' to the Usher in 'Trial & Retribution and a judge on 'Britain's Most Evil Killer ... s'. Read More

Performing at a multitude of family events with theatre and TV/film experience I have quite a varied career!
I have hosted quiz nights and presented awards ceremonies.

Ms Millar I booked Jonathan for my grandson's 4th birthday! Well, what can I say? On arriving on the dot to our meeting, the first impression was how friendly, professional and funny this man was. Setting up in the garden, Jonathan interacted with the children and adults and made everyone laugh. He then performed the most amazing one hour show with magic and balloon makin ... g and he wooed the audience. I must say he kept the 4 year olds transfixed! My grandson now wants to be a magician!!! We booked Jonathan for our daughter's 5th Birthday at short notice. Jonathan phoned us within 10 minutes of making an initial enquiry and was able to fit us into his schedule. Jonathan turned up on the occasion promptly and immediately started to engage with the children and also the adults before the timed show! We had arranged for an hour’s performance of Magic and Balloon making, Jonathan had kept the children from the ages of 3 to 8 totally entertained (and they stayed seated)and also was able to throw in some jokes for the adults which was a nice touch! I really cannot fault any of Jonathan's show, he comes with a seal of approval from us and more importantly our daughter! She was made to feel like a Birthday Princess by Jonathan. Stuart

I am a trained actor with a Diploma in Drama from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh.
Professional experience in plays, musicals and pantomime.
