Meet the Act

I was raised in Cd. Juarez, Mexico surrounded by a family of Mariachi singers from my mom's side and Band musicians on my dad's side. Most of my love and technique singing-wise came from my mom, but my versatility in jazz, rock, pop and traditional Spanish music came from my dad. He would often introduce me to new genres of music and taught me to be open-minded to new sounds. At a young age, my parents separated and my family illegally migrated to New Mexico, due to the nondiscriminatory violence in Juarez. During that period I learned that American Public Schools have Choir and Art Programs t ... hat were free! So I made it my goal to focus my energy on learning as much as I could and eventually get a scholarship to a performing arts college.
I received a scholarship to go to the American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA). And I was blessed to receive my Green Card and permanent U.S. Residency before my High School Graduation. My last obstacle towards success had finally been cleared!
Now, I have a Bachelor's Degree in Musical Theater. Since graduating, I have a repertoire of music including; Classical Spanish Songs, Jazz, Rock, Pop, Musical Theater, and more. I've worked as a Kid's Musical Educator, where I've learned to puppeteer and use my crafting/painting skills to entertain little ones alongside their families. My gigs so far have included Voice Acting for up-and-coming animators, studio singing sessions for songwriters looking to sell their music, scoring short films, and commercial acting work for online marketing companies.
