Nyamewa is an International Vocalist and Recording Artist who tours worldwide performing Jazz, R&B, Neo Soul and Acid Jazz. Her show is fresh, Jazzy and Funky incorporating Jazz and Swing along with her original music (co-written by Grammy Nominated and Juno Award Winner Eddie Bullen) as well as songs by Beyonce, Rihanna, Lizzo and Michael Jackson!
Nyamewa is able to adapt her show to fit various formats using a full band, trio, duo or professional backing tracks.

You’ll enjoy her playful interaction with the crowd as she uses her Vocal Artistry to take you on a musical escapade filled with good vibes and the perfect amount of mellow grooves to satisfy the ‘Grown & Sexy’!
A Florida Native of Cherokee heritage, Nyamewa was born with an intrinsic awareness of the divine aspects of music. Nyamewa inherited her vocal gifts from her father who was a highly celebrated Vocalist with the US Air Force Band throughout Southeast Asia. She also credits him as he ... r first musical inspiration. She attributes her spiritual awareness, innate understanding of metaphysical concepts and deep connection to the beauty in nature to her mother who is of strong Native American ancestry.
Her musical abilities landed her an opportunity to co-write with Grammy Nominated and Juno Award Winner, Eddie Bullen. The release of her 1st CD with Acid Jazz band Achanti (produced by Eddie Bullen at Thunder Dome Sounds Studio) lead to performances at the NXNE Music Festival and the JVC Acid Jazz Festival in Toronto, as well as sharing the stage with Roy Ayers and The Roots.
Nyamewa is currently performing as the Resident Jazz Vocalist at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Bangkok, Thailand . Prior to that, she graced the stages of New York City as a Guest Vocal Artist during world renowned New York Fashion Week.
