I already have a website, why should I create a profile?
Alongside the many other benefits listed above, having a profile listed with us allows clients to find you instantly compared to potentially never finding your website amongst the thousands of others. You also have the option to add a link to your profile, sending bookers & agents straight to your website.
How much does it cost?
You can register to create an account with us for free. You may take as much time as you wish to create your profile(s), adding all of you company info and details. When completed, to 'list your profile' on our website we offer either a monthly, 6 monthly or annual payment plan.
Most accounts are charged in US Dollars, however if you register in the United Kingdom you will be charged in UK Pounds and Euros for all countries in Europe.

How long will it take to create a profile?
With all of your business information to hand, creating a profile will take just minutes to complete. You are guided through the whole process step-by-step and have plenty of help to hand if needed. When finished, simply click ‘list profile' to add it to our directory for clients to find.
How will clients find my profile?
When listing your profile, you have the option to choose which region/state you would like it to be found in. When clients search for event services in that area, your profile will appear in the search results. If you provide your products/services to many different areas, you also have the option to list your profile in additional regions/states by clicking the ‘Get More Business' button after listing your profile.
How am I notified if someone contacts me through my profile?
When contacted through your profile, a message will instantly display in your account inbox and email address (optional) with their full details. You may then reply and deal directly with the client by email.
In what order will my profile appear in search results?
There is no ‘ranking' system on our website, therefore no profile is favoured over another. To maintain this, our automated system randomly generates the order that profiles appear in all search results once per day. This means that if your profile appears e.g. in the 4th position in a search results page, the next day it could appear in 1st position and so on maintaining an equal and fair exposure for all profiles.
How do I get started?
Simply click the ‘Create Your Profile' button on the home page and enter your email address and a password. You will receive an email from us with a link to confirm your account. After clicking it you will be directed to instantly begin creating your profile.
I have registered but no confirmation email has been sent
Firstly check your ‘junk' or ‘Spam' folder as the email may appear there. If so, make sure you select the option in your mailing account to allow all further emails from us to appear in your Inbox.
If the email is not there however, go back to the confirmation screen on our website and click the ‘resend email' button.
