Experiencing the Blue Breeze Band is like Earth Wind & Fire meets The Temptations, Aretha Franklin, Kool & The Gang and Bruno Mars… A genuine high energy Soul R&B Funk explosion! Blue Breeze fills the air with funky soul and rhythms that make every-body move!
The Blue Breeze Band was formed in the late 90’s and is comprised of talented musicians who have come together in order to forge a relationship with you, their listeners, through 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s and into 2023 heart and soul dance music!
Thus far, Blue Breeze has acquired an impressive repertoire of performances for ... audiences from different walks of life from all over the world. To name a few, they have performed for former President Bill Clinton, the United States Armed Services in Okinawa, Japan, The 2014 NCS National Championship Pregame Tailgate Party at the Rose Bowl (in front of 7,500 fans), 2015 University of Oregon Tailgate party at the Rose Bowl, and have headlined festivals throughout southern California. Blue Breeze has appeared as musicians in the Warner Brothers’ feature film Why Do Fools Fall in Love-(The Frankie Lymon story), in a national televised E*TRADE Commercial, in a music video with Rita Ora, and the Blue Breeze Band made their cameo appearance in the Amazon Prime movie "Something from Tiffany's (released in December 2022).

Experience

With 30 years of significant experience working on and off the stage as a professional guitarist Harold decided just over 15+ years ago to start his own band. The BLUE BREEZE BAND specializes in providing concert quality "Motown R&B Soul and Contemporary hits" music for Corporate, Concerts, Festivals, Trade Shows, Weddings & Special Events.
During the past years Harold has also worked with film directors, corporate event planners, concert promoters, countless brides, grooms and wedding & event planners establishing himself and the Blue Breeze Band as a source for the highest quality Live Mus ... ic entertainment.
Harold's stylistically wide-range and soulful guitar playing have a unique way of catching the collective ear. During his formative years, Harold was influenced by a steady diet of R&B, blues and jazz on the club scene in Los Angeles, and he, himself, has contributed immeasurably to that very scene as a professional musician. As a teenager he backed soul/R&B singer Bobby Byrd (stage name: Bobby Day) hit songs: "Rockin Robin", "Little Bitty Pretty One" Over & Over and since then has performed with a Coasters tribute band, a Marvelettes tribute band and with various Motown R&B Soul bands throughout Los Angeles and southern California, (including the famous HARVELLE'S BLUES CLUB in Santa Monica CA. and The BLUE CAFE in Long Beach CA.).
