The Merindas are backed by a band of highly recommended musicians that have had more than 20 - 40 years experience in the Music Industry. The band is made up of Drums, Bass, Keys, Guitar, backing vocals and Saxophone. The band can be adjusted to any size gig from a 5 piece band to a 9 piece band. The Merindas also perform as a duo or trio with male backup singer with high quality backing tracks that delivers a sensational live performance. 'Not like Karaoke'

Biography

The Merindas are based in Perth WA and are Australia’s Premier Soul Duo featuring
award winning artists Candice Lorrae and Kristel Kickett. The name ‘Merinda’ comes
from the Aboriginal Eora language - meaning beautiful woman and is a tribute to
their Indigenous heritage.
There is far more to this very talented duo than just their name. Candice and Kristel
are both amazing performers whose stars are on the rise as they send ripples across
the Australian Indigenous Music Scene.

Seen these girls perform in Tom Price for the Nameless Festival, was absolutely amazing not only were their voices right up there with the best of them the whole show was such good fun. Australia's own Diva's.
