Description

The Skamonics are available for gigs and functions within reasonable distance of London, and festivals throughout the country. We are a seven piece band so the more notice the better as that gives more time to juggle diaries.
A driving rhythm section provides a firm foundation for three blazing horns and a top female vocalist, blasting out a wide repertoire of not just ska, two-tone and rock steady favourites but tunes given a ska treatment for the very first time.
Made up of musicians with roots in ska, jazz, blues and soul, the Skamonics have been together since 2004.
Their sound ha ... s won wide appeal. From cool West End clubs to East London pubs, festival stages to weddings and country house parties the Skamonics have filled dance floors and won repeat bookings. We’ve even played at the Jamaican High Commission.
