Meet the Act
I’ve been playing musical instruments since piano lessons aged 4.
Reached Grade 3 on Violin at primary school.
Played Cornet in marching band in my teens, and continued playing trumpet recreationally into adult life.
Took up Saxophone in 1992, first gig 6 months later, then it gradually grew and evolved.
I started teaching saxophone in 2001, started learning Clarinet and Flute in 2006, teaching them from 2007.
Full time instrumental teacher since 2007 until now.
Currently revisiting trumpet for teaching purposes, since 2022.
I love playing my instruments, particularly Jazz Saxophone
... and Flute. Smooth Jazz is favourite, but I’m versatile.
