Connor Davies - Street / Break Dancer | Aberdare, Wales(no reviews)
Based In: Aberdare, Wales
I’ve been dancing since I was 4 years old with a small local studio called Streetwise. I have trained thoroughly for years now after I realised this is what I want to do with my life, I want to be a professional dancer. As I have gotten older, I’ve stayed with Studio Streetwise and I have become a coach as well as training with them myself. In my own classes, I taught children from the ages of 7 to 18 and I loved the feeling of thinking I was making a difference in their lives, no matter how brief it was, however I don’t want to teach dance forever. I want to perform and I want to travel
... whilst doing what I love.
Before the Corona Virus pandemic, I had briefly worked for a company called the UDOit Foundation where I would travel to different schools around Wales and, again, teach young children from the ages of primary school to secondary school, in different styles of dance.
My experiences include competing in competitions such as the Welsh, British, Europeans and World Championships around the world and placing highly in many of these events.

Meet the Act
My name is Connor Davies and I am a dancer.
As I’ve said above, I’ve been dancing for so long that it’s hard to imagine doing anything else now.
I got started in dance when my mothers friend, Sam, came over for a cup of tea and a catch up one day. I was 4 years old, my mothers friend had an older daughter named Megan who had started dancing herself a couple months earlier. Sam had recommended the Studio to my mother and she asked me if I was interested.
Well, I was so young I had said yes to everything and this was no different. I can’t begin to explain how glad I am that I went ... to that first class with Streetwise, it literally put my life on a path without any of us realising it.
I love to dance, I love music and I love performing whether that’s on stage, on camera or just on my own.
