Biography

The Quartet are one of the most experienced and versatile modern professional string quartet groups in Scotland. We are proud to say we are one of the chosen groups for the Glasgow & Edinburgh Candlelight Concerts by Fever.
Whether you are looking for musicians for a wedding, Christmas Party, corporate event, party, ball, marriage proposal or religious occasion, The Quartet can add a touch of class and sophistication to just about any event.

All The Quartet players are experienced conservatory trained musicians currently working in the UK. Our players work with world class orchestras such as the R.S.N.O., B.B.C.S.S.O., The Orchestra of Scottish Opera, The Scottish Ballet Orchestra, the Ulster Orchestra and the Scottish Chamber Orchestra. Members have also appeared with Led Zepplin, Phantom of the Opera, Katherine Jenkins and Jose Carreras.
We have one of the largest collections of music in Scotland to suit all tastes ranging from Bach to Bridgerton from Bollywood to Lady Gaga including plenty of modern & classic pop/rock covers and Bridgerton.
The Quartet are one of the few ensembles in Scotland who provide Bollywood soundtracks for Asian Weddings . The Quartet can also provide Jewish music arrangements.
As a well established group we have a wealth of experience in performing for Weddings and Events, so you can be sure that we will help to make your day run smoothly. We have performed at many prestigious venues such as the Gleneagles Hotel, Edinburgh Castle, The National Museum of Scotland, The Royal Yacht Brittania and many more. As well as providing a high standard of performance we also take pride in our service and attention to detail from the moment you contact us to the day itself.
All our players are working professional musicians in Scotland, and as well as performing with The Quartet, have busy schedules performing and teaching around the UK and abroad.
