Professionally trained, Wakane has worked with top producers at the Okinawa TV Productions for 8 years. Wakane also hosted a weekly televised show for 5+ years. Wakane performed in live theatrical music productions such as "Rent and Wicked" in Okinawa and Japan. As a member of the Okinawa Actor School, Wakane trained numerous understudies throughout her 10+ year tenure. Departing the Actors School in 2003, Wakane transitioned to music as part of the USO tours throughout Asia for 3 years. Performed the National Anthem Golden State Warriors, SWAT, US Navy for their events. She has also performed ... musical tours throughout the US.

I felt the professionalism from her kind and warm personality and positive attitude. Also, was touched by her soulful national anthem and the audience was also greatly impressed. I've worked with Wakane several times now to sing for events. She has always been a pleasure to work with and her voice is incredible. She is punctual and was able to acoomidate last minute schedule changes. She is extremely talented and her singing of the national anthem gives me the chills every time. On top of being a great singer, she is friendly and great to our guests. I look forward to working with her again.
