2022:
I am currently working as a singer for TUI Magic Life.
The team is made out of dancers, an acrobat and me as a singer. We have various shows with different genres. I also have a few solo acts where I perform songs of artist like; Michael Jackson, Justin Timberlake, Bruno Mars and Bon Jovi. I also teach ... different aerobic classes during the daytime and I have a lot of guest contact during the other evening programs after the shows.
2021:
2021 was all about songwriting. I‘ve collaborated with an established K-Pop producer and
co-written and recorded K-pop songs for various briefings.
I also had my first song release Crossroads - SilkandStones feat. WERDY and the track
reached 1.000.000+ streams on Spotify.
2019/2020:
2019 and 2020 has been creative years for me. I started co-writing with different
songwriters and producers and recorded songs in different studios.
We mostly focus on pop songs and edm toplines.
Jam Session houseband 2018:

WeReady partyband 2014 - 2018:
We mostly played soul, pop, funk and R&B covers. I was the only lead singer of the band.
We were the houseband of a Jam session in Rotterdam. We played with different artists as
an opening act, and after that, the jam session started. We played a lot at parties,
weddings, festivals, hotels and cafes. Big Rivers festival was the biggest festival we’ve
played at.
Rotterdam LijnB street houseband 2014 - 2016:
I played in a “living room band” with my family and friends. We played in the shopping
district in Rotterdam to bring live music into the city. The trademark of the band was the
harmony of the vocals. My sister, my cousin and myself were the core of the bands vocals,
and we often invited other singers to sing along. All of the vocalists had their own lead
songs, so the rest of the vocalists did the backing vocals. We mostly sang three-part vocal
harmonies.
Blue Pearl Indonesian partyband 2015:
I was a vocalist and guitar player in an Indonesian partyband. I sang with two other
vocalist and we all switched from lead to backing vocal in our live performances.
We mainly played the genres: indorock, country and rock & roll.
B.O.M. Because of music partyband 2013 - 2014:
I was one of the four vocalists of the band and we all sang lead and backing vocal in our live
performances. We played on different parties and festivals. We also entered a contest and
won a gig on another festival.
Werdy acoustic 2010 - 2013:
I formed an acoustic duo with guitar player Duncan Peltenburg.
We mostly played soul, pop and R&B covers.
Vocal recordings & songwriting 2005 - 2009:
I started recording in a small home studio and wrote and recorded songs with a producer.
WERDY bio:
Werdy is a Dutch singer and songwriter from Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Smooth and powerful, his way of singing high notes and ad-libs, reflects his love of R&B and soul music. In 2019 he participated in the international hit show “All Together Now” and managed to impress the Dutch audience with a soulful R&B performance in front of a hundred judges.
In the last few years, Werdy found his way into the EDM scene by co-writing toplines with established songwriters and collaborating with different DJ/producers. “We were having fun while creating some nice songs,” he said. He released his first song “Crossroads” together with SilkandStones on June 4th, 2021 and reached more than one million views on Spotify.
