Experience

I played in the GCC Big Band (Glendale, AZ) for several years on many different parts, but spent my final 2-3 years on lead. In my final year Wayne Bergeron called me a "powerhouse" before I came down to be featured on a duet with him. I marched two years at the Cavaliers Drum and Bugle Corps on lead trumpet where I had the opportunity to be taught by Michael Martin and play alongside Jens Lindemann and Jose Sabaja. I was also a soloist both years. I strive to bring a consistent, quality sound to every ensemble I play in.

Meet the Act

I'm an avid music instructor. I maintain a private lesson studio here in AZ and am currently on two World Class Drum and Bugle Corps staffs (The Blue Stars and Pacific Crest). I teach a lot of jazz and marching band around the state and am always in demand for brass instruction. My playing has been a huge help in furthering my reputation as an instructor. Many of my lesson students chose me because they heard me playing somewhere.
