Biography

I am a professionally trained dancer, actress, and aerialist with over 5 years of experience. I have completed many exams with IDTA, ISTD, LAMDA and ABRSM. I've also competed in and won many competitions, including UKAPC Kent 1 Heat Pro Silks Category 2024. Over the years, I've performed in many shows, spanning a wide variety of styles and genres, at theatres including Sadlers Wells, The Royal Albert Hall, and Her Majesty's Theatre. Meet the Act

I found aerial arts through my physio when I was injured during my time at performing arts college! Though the injury wasn't fun, it seemed to be a blessing in disguise! I've had a few injuries in my time, luckily not too many and none serious, and have (thankfully) never broken a bone; I plan to keep it that way!

I am a certified yoga and meditation instructor with almost 3 years experience in my field. Whatever level you are, I am available and would love to help!

Online dance and stretch coaching

I am a professionally trained dancer and qualified teacher with nearly 20 years of dance and performance experience, and nearly 10 years of dance teaching experience. I can help with routine creation and feedback, technique, and stretch and strength training. My styles include, lyrical, contemporary, musical theatre, and jazz.
