This show includes Glamorous outfits, impersonations and Mannerisms and plenty of professional Showmanship, plus Carolynn has the powerful vocals to match.
All shows can be performed self contained or with musicians.

Biography

Carolynn May is an established and professional Cabaret Artiste.
She has a long history of performing on stage, she took dance and drama classes from the age of Three years old, until she qualified as a dance teacher at eighteen, when she opened her own theatre school in Manchester.
After having a family she started her solo singing career as a popular, personality entertainer, she has been performing at various Clubs, Hotels, Theatres, Holiday Centres and corporate events throughout the UK and some work abroad.

Here we heard a top notch voice and the chosen songs were beautifully delivered. All in all, Ms May presents a whole package. I can see this fine artiste working the cruise ship cabaret scene and/or the better quality hotel scene.

As ardent fans of SHIRLEY BASSEY we booked Carolynn to perform at our Wedding. From the first contact to the end of the evening she was professional throughout. Her performance brought our guests to their feet. Her show was just amazing, fun, bags of character and a true representation of Shirley Bassey. No need to say a standing ovation. She then went on to perform a dance set which had everyone up dancing to the wide variety of music she performed. A must see artist, a lovely lady and truly professional. Thank you very much Carolynn you made our day. Ken & Stephen x

PRESTON PLAYHOUSE THEATRE What a fantastic evening, Carolynn May as Shirley Bassey & Jed Fry as Tom Jones. Carolynn portrayed Dame SB perfectly, her character was superb and vocals WOW... "were amazing" what a powerful voice, we could of been watching the real Dame herself. would definitely book to see her again. Jed Fry as Tom was just as professional and entertaining. All the above applies to Jed too. What a fantastic night. Mike Hardman.
