19 June 2025 To Whom It May Concern, I am pleased to write this letter of reference for Averill Plaatjies, who served with us at Margaritaville at Sea as a Production Vocalist from October 2023 to May 2025, and as our onboard Production Manager from November 2023 to June 2024. During his time with us, Averill was a valued member of our entertainment department. As a vocalist, he consistently delivered reliable, quality performances and brought a positive energy to our production cast. Onstage, he demonstrated strong musicality and professionalism, and could be counted on to uphold the standards of our brand. In addition to his performance role, Averill took on the responsibilities of Production Manager during his second contract.
