The Heaven Connection are an acoustic covers duo with a unique playlist of songs from the Beatles and Rolling Stones through 80’s and 90’s pop and indie classics right up to the present day. They play exciting arrangements of ... your favourite tracks such as Sit Down by James and 500 Miles by the Proclaimers. They always keep the party entertained whether your event is a corporate function, wedding or party.
Richard has played in covers bands since the age of 16, and has toured clubs in the UK and in Europe, including ski and summer seasons. Jason has been a singer since an early age, and showcases incredible vocal ability. He has played as a solo artist for prestige events such as the Newark Festival.
The Heaven Connection formed in 2006. Richard and Jason had previously played together in well known covers band Crash22- Richard on bass guitar and Jason lead singer.
Showcasing professional and talented musicianship and vocal ability The Heaven Connection play interesting and unusual versions of hits from the 1960's to present day, with an emphasis on 90's and noughties indie and pop, guaranteed to entertain at your special event.
The Heaven Connection are perfect for weddings, either from the end of the wedding breakfast - entertaining guests up until the disco - or as a full evening's entertainment with music played over the PA between and after sets. You will be amazed how a duo with no backing tracks or gimmicks can keep a whole crowd, from teenagers to grandparents, entertained and dancing; and with a 1 hour + second set the energy and commitment has to be seen and heard to be believed. Quite simply, if you keep appreciating the music then they keep on playing!
