I base my classes on the level and needs of the student, whether to improve technique, improvisation, movement quality or to create a choreography.

Procedure: A warm-up, followed by several exercises and a choreography or improvisation.

The class and exercises will be geared to your needs and wishes, to develop your body's expression and improve technical aspects.
