Luke only had one rehearsal and absolutely crushed the gig. His timing was impeccable and his attitude was more than professional. Not only did he show up on time but his energy helped the band play excellent. Luke is our first choice to fill in when our drummer can't make the gig.

Sorry that I’m still banging on about the cruise but I need to tell you about one of the entertainers. @chris.kalli is a resident pianist and singer on-board the Arvia @pandocruises and the moment I heard his voice I went into a kind of music-induced trance. Those of you who know me know my feelings on soul and r n’b. I remember telling a (very bemused) DJ at The Backroom in Leeds that I felt he could see into my soul because he unknowingly played my favourite ever songs back to back, and Chris was the same. He plays all genres, but listening to him belt out Whitney, Mariah and Lauryn Hill tracks while enjoying a nice passionfruit martini (or 4) rapidly became the highlight of my night. Plus, how many cruise ship entertainers play Lauryn Hill?! He was also utterly lovely and made sure he played extra Mariah Carey when I told him I was her biggest fan.
