Ricky Parish began playing guitar at the age of seven, inspired by his grandfather, Primo Risatti, a professional musician whose dedication to music left a lasting impression. Growing up surrounded by live performance and real musicianship, Ricky developed not only technical skill but a deep respect for the craft and tradition of the blues.
Over the years, that early influence evolved into a powerful and distinctive playing style. Ricky toured as a featured guitarist with blues legend John Lee Hooker, an experience that grounded his sound in authentic blues roots while sharpening his comman ... d of stage presence and feel.
