Biography

Bonnie E. Hart is a multi faceted artist in the film and stage arena as a producer, actress, writer, composer, director, professor and singer.  All her accumulative skills have served in her ability to harness passion, inspire those around her with the hopes of leaving the world a better place than she found it. That mission is what fuels her company, Hart & Soul Entertainment, who she co-owns along side her husband, Emmy award winning director, Brett A. Hart. In the film arena, Hart was most recently Executive Producer and Composer for the multi award winning short film, ‘Coffee with ... Exes’ of which she is now co-writing the much anticipated feature screenplay. Also, she is currently producing as well as composing for, ADMEN, a docuseries, presently in production with Skyline Media. Recently, she was producer and composer for the viral film, ‘Glide’,  Producer for the anthology series (pitch trailer), ‘White Lies’, starring the renowned Christopher Lloyd. Bonnie also produces, acts, composes, sings and writes for a multitude of advertising projects with Hart & Soul Entertainment. As a writer, she has several Dramedy series’ for television as well as thriller, horror and sci-fi feature films in the works at several Hollywood studios. In the music arena, Hart has also been busy composing, arranging, producing and starring in music videos with Butte Records Including “Talking to the Moon”, “Jolene”, “Christmas Next Year”, “Red Horizon”, “Love song” and “Stay”.
Receiving both her Bachelor and Master degrees from The San Francisco Conservatory of Music in Operatic and Theater performance, she has accumulated over 30 roles on the stage from Shakespeare to musical theater and Opera. Performing on many stages, Hart has performed iconic characters as - “Lizzie Borden”, Carmen - “Carmen”, and Cherubino - “Le nozzle di Figaro” - pivotal roles in her reputation as a diverse actress with power, range and exceptional comic timing.
Aside from performing, she has been a producer and director of the stage. Most recently directing and producing such musicals as “Les Miserables”, “The Sound of Music”, the opera, “Hansel and Gretel”, the cabaret show, “Miracle on 2nd Street” and countless more. Passionate about giving back to a cause that has touched her life deeply, Hart has written, produced and directed a myriad of shows and concerts benefiting those who have autism.
As a professor of music and voice, Bonnie was a member of the voice faculty at The University of San Francisco and Vocal Director of The San Francisco Boy’s Chorus.  She has also been a sought after voice coach for over 28 years and is the ‘go to’ voice coach for a multitude of actors in Los Angles. Her voice over talent is remarkable as she can sing all styles and contort her voice showing a range and diverse ability. 
Bonnie lives in the Hollywood hills of California with her husband and visionary partner, Emmy Award Winning Director, Brett A. Hart. Together they are grateful for their beautiful children Stavros, Tessa & Sophie.   Read More
