Biography

Cloud9 is husband and wife team Gary and Julia, one of the most talented acts on the European entertainment scene today.
With more than 40 years’ experience in the music industry between them, the couple are passionate about every genre of music and have taken their unique shows worldwide. Julia and Gary, who are based in the UK, have been working together since 2001.
Gary is a dynamic and dazzling saxophonist and keyboard player whose style is complemented by Julia’s rich resonant voice. Together they offer a show that is stylish and fun; exciting and amusing.
Gary has played ten ... or and alto saxophone for more than 30 years and now adds variety with his keyboard and piano playing. He has played in rock and soul bands as well as three previous duos.
Julia’s vocal range is from contralto to alto. She studied with Rosemary Kay in Bournemouth and has sung with Gary for 14 years. Read More

Experience

Early in their partnership they performed in pubs and clubs. From 2010 they completed four seasons in Cyprus for adult-only brands, Thomson Gold and Thomson Couples. In early 2012 they were recruited by P&O Cruises as resident duo on board its luxury ships Oceana, Ventura and Azura. In 2013 the duo moved to Windstar Cruises working on small sailing ships.
