Description

Daniel Benisty as soloist or bandleader of showband size of up to 12pc performs an extremely wide range of material from vintage swing to rat pack to classic soul, rock n roll to modern day repertoire. As a Quartet, Daniel's first love remains the music of the Rat Pack era and in particular the repertoire of Frank Sinatra, but with the ensemble of musicians he draws from, Daniel has performed at a very wide variety of events, such as Weddings, Birthday Parties, Anniversaries, Corporate Events, Festivals and Charity Galas.

Daniel Benisty and his Quartet (with guest singer) were the perfect band for our wedding. They captured the vibes of our ceremony, wedding reception and the party beautifully. We were delighted by the versatility of the band, with Daniel playing some classic piano pieces for the ceremony and the wider band playing a wider range of swing, soul, pop and Jazz in the evening. Not only were they brilliant musicians, they were also very professional, polite and most importantly fun! They did a great job of getting 100+ people dancing all night long and the 3 one hour sets in the evening plus the ceremony music and reception music were excellent value. Having enjoyed their performances so much, we will be looking to watch them in London next year to relive the magic of our big day. Thanks Daniel and the rest of the team!

We just had Daniel and his band for our wedding. They were absolutely brilliant providing a jazz trio for the drinks reception and then the full band for the evening. They played a full variety of music keeping the dance floor full all night and ensuring that everyone had a great time. Would very much recommend.

Daniel and his enlarged band (8pc) played at our wedding last August. We spent absolutely ages looking for the right band, and we were losing heart, until we saw this band in action. Simply awesome. The most amazing repertoire, which was great for us because our guests ranged from 4 to 84, and there was something for everyone, even traditional Jewish wedding dances (which we wanted even though our wedding was not religious in any way). Daniel supplied a jazz trio for the daytime (which was excellent), he played keyboard during the actual ceremony (and it was beautiful), then we opted for an 8 piece band for the reception, which was fabulous. So many of our guests commented afterwards about how much they loved our band. Three of our guests are professional musicians themselves, one teaches at the Royal Academy of Music, and one is musical director for the Ritz hotel in London, and they both said the band was fantastic. As a pianist-singer entertainer and bandleader, Daniel has performed at The Ritz, The Ivy, The Savoy The Dorchester, The Wellsley, The Hilton, Home House, Troubador, Ronnie Scotts and many other prime London music venues, both solo as a pianist/singer and with his quartet or The London Swing and Soul Band www.thelondonswingband.co.uk

Daniel has an extremely wide repertoire of songs spanning 1920 to 2020, so regularly entertain ... s guests with requests. As a traveller and student of languages, he also sings in a dozen languages, including Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Hebrew, Japanese, Arabic and Russian.
