Biography

Michael, born in Surrey BC, with a Portuguese and African-American background is a young & upcoming DJ. He first fell in love with the idea of DJ’ing at a young age after seeing his babysitter play around with a DJ software online. Additionally, Michael was influenced by his American father who always played various dj mixes from DJs down south, Michael brings an American DJ sound to Canada (hip-hop & r&b) while incorporating afro-beats, dancehall, latin, house & other genres into his repertoire.

Michael of DJ6ix0h4 DJ'ed our event in Whistler this past weekend and did a really super job. He was professional in every way- prompt, efficient, communicated with us really well to set up the event and read the crowd with skill. He had the crowd up dancing all night! Highly recommend.

DJ 6ix0h4 was absolutely fantastic! He was very flexible in accommodating my event, and was quite gracious despite a few minor hiccups on my end. The music selection was wonderful, too, especially given the theme of the event. I look forward to working with him again in the future :)
