Hello. My name is Jenny Alvarez.
I have a Duo Latin Cover band. It is myself and a percussionist. I perform in both English and Spanish, either or/both depending on customer's request. We are very versatile and have a big selection of songs.
We also offer tribute shows for Selena, Gloria Estefan, Celia Cruz and Olga Tañon.
(Tribute shows are special shows different from our cover songs gigs and last 1 hour)

Duo Sabor Son are a great cover band. I have seen them many times at Rice N Beans Restaurant. They are very versatile and play many genres in Spanish and in English. I have recently hired them for my Wedding in November.

Experience

I have 20 years experience in the music industry. I have been a back up Vocalist to many well known artists in the Latin/ Tropical Music genre. I have opened shows followed by renowned artists such as Willy Chirino, Jose Alberto El Canario, Tito Nieves, Olga Tañon, Jerry Rivera, Oscar De Leon, Gente De Zona.
I have sang duo with Alvaro Torres in many of his concerts as well as done back up vocals for him..
I have worked with great local musicians from Tampa Florida. Orlando Florida, etc.
I have experience as a performer on cruise ships.
Have worked on The yearly Salsa Cruise 4 years ... since 2015. The cruise lines were, Norwegian Sky, Celebrity Infinity, MSC Divina and MSC Armonia.
