Description

I play a top selection of Elton John Songs with Elton costume and of course the iconic glasses. My act lasts for an hour set but could also be 2 sets of 45mins each. I have heard many tributes to Elton and my Elton vocals are authentic and of top quality.
I open up with the ever-popular ‘I’m Still Standing’ to get the audience going, followed by his first UK hit ‘Your Song’. I play his other classic ballads and I use ‘Crocodile Rock’ to get the audience singing along and up dancing. Another great crowd-pleaser is ‘Bennie and the Jets’ and my usual encore is all-time favo ... urite ‘Candle in the Wind’.

Biography

Ian has played all over the world, at the piano, in tribute bands, as a vocalist, in all kinds of venues, large and small, land and sea and worked with bands in many genres of music. His own music has had hundreds of thousands of streams worldwide and he has written and released over 100 songs including 7 albums along with multiple videos. He is also a concert pianist and an artist.
Ian has been a fan of Elton since knee high and has been tributing the great man ever since the late noughties when he first started touring with the Rocket Band.

Experience

Ian’s musical career has included working in TV, playing in a 12 piece soul band and performing as a classical concert pianist. He has worked in tribute bands including the UK Bee Gees and more recently been a member of chart scoring band Peace On Your Plate. Currently he is touring festivals and events as reggae artist BFriendly.
