Alex Howley - Funk Band - Liverpool, North West England Event Type: Live Gigs/Session Work 1st June 2023

Having taught Alex at various points during his time at LIPA he has always struck me as naturally courteous, respectful, engaged and engaging. These are all incredibly important to a career in the music industry and I haven't got to how good he is as a musician yet!. I now have Alex as a 1-2-1 Student and his skill set has developed exponentially. His range includes song writing, recording, mixing, production, pit band, covers and originals. He approaches each project with professionalism, humility, openness and respect. His ability to manage multiple projects and never seem as if he is dropping the ball is impressive. He will ask for advice when needed but will always try and push himself. I can't wait to see what happens to him once he graduates.

NeoRoots, stepped in at very short notice and made everything very easy. Tino was helpful, and reassuring , they just got in with the job in hand. They were an amazing band and the lead singer certainly knew how to sing.....and made me and my friends feel very included. I would absolutely book them again if i have another event.

I just wanted to thank you again and the whole band for such a wonderful night last Saturday at the Yacht Club! Wow Shirani my love, you are so incredibly talented and played magnificently. I haven't stopped thinking about you guys this week. It was an amazing party and one I will never forget and neither will my guests as they've not stopped talking about you either! We all loved you so much. You are such a beautiful person too, inside and out. Thank you for making my 50th birthday as special as it was and being as special as you are. Andrea
