Marianna Moroz, professionally known as Lantern Fairy, is a multidisciplinary stage artist blending circus, fire, LED, and theatrical movement into captivating performances. On stage since 1998, she began fire manipulation in 2008 and launched her international career in 2016, performing across Asia, Europe, and beyond. Her signature act “The Doll” has featured at high-profile festivals and combines storytelling with precision prop work.

Biography

Marianna Moroz, known artistically as Lantern Fairy, is a Ukrainian-born multidisciplinary performer and educator based in Hong Kong. She trained in drama, dance, and music at the Kyiv Children’s Academy of Arts (1997–2007) and holds a Bachelor’s in Philology with a focus on English and Hindi from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
Blending her theatrical roots with circus innovation, she creates emotionally resonant acts that fuse character, narrative, and visual spectacle. Trained in dramatic arts at Kyiv Children’s Academy of Arts (1997–2007).
Performed in various films, commercials, and television in Ukraine from 1995–2016.
Professional stage actress in both plastic theatre and musical theatre formats.
