Madame Electrifie takes classic grooves and threads through everything from hip hop and funk, to house, disco, bass and breaks to create a raucous dancefloor-focused party. Drawing on over 18 years’ experience and having played leading clubs and festivals globally.
Experience
Jo has amassed some 20 years on the decks, playing some of the UK’s leading venues, from grass roots gigs right through to iconic venues like Turnmills and Ministry of Sound. She has supported some of the biggest names in electronic music over the years across all spectrums of the music world including The Stanton Warriors, Jon Carter, Elite Force, A Skillz, Annie Nightingale, Rob Da Bank, Krafty Kuts, the Freestylers and a whole host of bands. She’s toured in both Australia and France and is a resident for Adidas Rockstars. Alongside DJing she hosts a monthly show for Data Transmission Radio and has been a regular contributor to BBC Music Introducing. In 2023 she has released a string of tracks and remixes, landing her airplay on BBC 6 Music.
