I am a classically trained singer in NYC. I am a performer looking to gain experience and skills in all settings and be seen and heard by people who enjoy being entertained. I sing in my church and I want to introduce myself to the world as a follower of Christ and a Christian performer. I would love to expand my brand by performing at weddings and other celebrations and I want to bring joy to people of all walks of life through my music and performance.

Biography

I started out as a ballet dancer from early childhood. My childhood and into my young adult life was primarily dedicated to dance and performing arts. I didn't discover I had a voice or even consider acting or singing until I was in high school when I joined choir for the first time and I was introduced to Musical Theater, more specifically the Phantom of the Opera. I watched the 25th Anniversary production in choir class one day and my mind was completely blown away and changed forever. I wanted to be an opera singer. I started going to a performing arts high school an hour away from where I ... lived and ended up leaving my ballet company. My family packed up our life and moved into a tiny apartment so that I could be walking distance from my new school. I went on to learn so much about Musical theater and acting and when I graduated I went to James Madison University to study classical voice. I was there for two semesters when I realized that I wanted to pursue Musical theater more passionately and I transferred to the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York. I am now a graduate and a proud alumni and less than three months after graduating I did my first professional production of Ragtime in Chicago. Read More
