Marv Machura performs live country, folk, rock, and blues music. He performs solo with his guitar and voice. He is equally at home performing with or without professional backing tracks for full-band-sound dancing audiences or traditional lounge-style listening audiences.
Marv Machura is also a singer-songwriter in his own right and has released four acclaimed CDs of Western Canadian Roots music, 15 current singles, and 20 published songs in Nashville. He has performed at many Western Canadian music festivals, folk clubs, and concerts, including the Edmonton Folk Festival.

Biographic Notes ... : Marv Machura grew up in Edmonton, Alberta, learning guitar and playing with the school band, and then as a guitar player in various wedding/dance bands. At 18, he began touring as a solo act in North Central Alberta, publishing 20 songs in Nashville, being featured at country and folk festivals, such as the Edmonton Folk Festival. In 1990s and 2000s, he led The Marv Machura Band, a three-piece folk-rock band. Upon moving to Vernon, BC, in 2013, Marv Machura returned to his solo-performer roots, and he currently enjoys travelling and performing in the Okanagan and Thompson Valleys while he continues to write, record, and perform his own Western Canadian Roots music.
