Millicent McIvor is a 22-year-old singer and songwriter from the South East of England. A graduate of the London College of Music with a First-Class Honours degree in Music Performance and Recording, she began her training at the age of 10 with a classical foundation before expanding into musical theatre, pop, jazz, and soul. This versatile background has shaped her into a dynamic performer with both technical skill and creative artistry.

Her professional experience includes performing as part of Kenny Thomas’ support act at Indigo at The O2, working with soul artist Laville at Pizza Express Live Holborn and The Secret Garden Party Festival, and recording vocals for acclaimed DJ Folamour. She currently holds a jazz residency at the Great Scotland Yard Hotel. Alongside her performance work, Millicent writes original music in the style of indie folk, with her debut EP set for release soon.

Meet the Act

Music has been at the heart of my life for as long as I can remember. My mother was in Musical Theatre and my grandad a jazz percussionist/singer. I started vocal training at just 10 years old, where I built a foundation in classical singing before discovering my love for other styles like musical theatre, and most recently, jazz and soul. That variety gave me the chance to experiment and really find my own voice as a performer.
