PERFORMING
I play a vast array of well known songs both classic and modern.
I’ve played in many venues all over Europe and UK for more than twenty years and so I am sure I can create for the best atmosphere and keep you all entertained!
My performance includes songs performed in acoustic and instrumental music.
The style of my repertoire can vary depending on the type of event: pop, blues, country, chill-out, jazz, oldies…and of course, Italian songs! If there are any songs in particular you'd like me to play please ask and I'm sure I can accommodate a few requests.
I have my ow ... n PAT Tested PA System that sets up with minimal fuss, I'd just need approx. a 2m x 2m space with a plug socket nearby, small table and chair.
I also have comprehensive Public Liability Insurance, these certificates (PAT & PLI) are available to you upon request.

TEACHING

As we know education is often focused on passing exams but too often the joy of learning for the sake of just learning is missing. I can certainly help with passing exams, but in such a way that enthuses my students to want to learn more, developing their talent and curiosity. It’s important to me to create a nurturing environment to enable my student to explore their ideas without fear of failure, building confidence and ultimately excelling. I take pride on being able to discover the way a student thinks and the style of learning that best matches them. Biography

Paolo Coruzzi is a multi-talented Italian artist, renowned as a songwriter, composer, and stage director, with his creative hub in London.
With a music career that began in 1992, Paolo has independently composed and produced solo albums, created captivating soundtracks for theater productions, and penned songs for fellow artists. His unique style, shaped by extensive travels, literary studies, and poetic exploration, earned him the first prize in poetry at the Pirandello Stable Festival in 2012.
Paolo's journey also led him to theater and cinema in 1998. He trained rigorously at drama sc ... hool and spent several years perfecting his craft in stage directing. Since 2002, he has written and directed a range of plays, including works by Ionesco, Euripides, and Ibsen, performed in various UK venues.
His dedication to education shines through his teaching roles in Italian Literature, Humanities, Music, and Drama. His educational background includes an MA in Humanities and Arts from the University of Turin, a Diploma in Classical Guitar from Trinity College London, and a recent MA in Archaeology from University College London.
Currently, Paolo is pursuing a PhD at Cardiff University, focusing on the transformation of Paleo-Christian rock-cut tombs and churches across the Northern Mediterranean. His research explores the historical and architectural contexts of these sacred sites, with a special emphasis on regions traversed by Saint Paul during his journeys.
