Biography

My name is Poppy Holiday a Lancashire lass!
I sing a variety of sets from Jazz, pop, soul, 50’s & 60’s, family entertainment for private parties, corporate events, pubs/clubs and even art exhibitions!!!
I also write my own material and mix a few covers in there.
My songs I write are in a fun pop jazz style.
I have worked with companies to provide music for adobe film festival and film companies.
In between going in the studio and I couldn’t be happier to be living the dream and doing something I love.

Poppy has been singing at The Fitzgerald since June 2021 and I can't say how much of a pleasure it is to work with her. She always turns up on time and conducts herself in the most professional manner. She is one of the most requested singers by our regulars and she knows how to work a crowd. The Fitzgerald is a Jazz/Gatsby themed bar, which suits Poppy's style perfectly. She has great knowledge of that era in particular and has adapted her set to suit our style. Poppy was a sensation, everyone loved her, she was great fun with adults and children alike and was very accommodating, she was funny and her singing was lovely, just hit the right tone for our Vintage/American songbook style party, thank you Poppy.

Poppy Holiday was fantastic for our Centenary Party in November 2022.From chatting on the phone and great communication she understood exactly what we wanted and was so great to hear her excited too. She arrived and nothing was too much trouble. Poppy adapted the songs to suit our audience and quickly got everyone interacting and got us up dancing with her interactive games which was great for our service users but also catered for the rest of the audience. Poppy had everyone singing!! We have also recommended her to another charity too and on a personal level have asked her for more performances!
