Jonathan has done an amazing job at our Care Home as a Choir Master. He has led the Choir practices for our residents who are living with Alzheimer's and Dementia and we are delighted at the response from our residents. Jonathan was extremely patient and very understanding of their disabilities. He naturally brought out the very best in our residents and they thoroughly enjoyed the hour-long choir practice and taking part. Jonathan was very entertaining and pitched his sessions just at the correct level of understanding encouraging our residents to sing some new songs and some songs that they were already very familiar with. He also came dressed in some very striking outfits which brought a great deal of amusement to our residents. As a care provider it was wonderful to work with Jonathan who understood our residents needs and had full empathy when engaging in communication with them. Myself, my mum, my fiancé and my mother in law met Hayley nearly a year ago at a local wedding fair and all of us immediately knew that we would like to have her be part of our wedding day. We booked Hayley for our reception drinks and then also while we were having our wedding breakfast. We spoke over the months and was so lovely to get on so well during the whole process.
