The SPOUSES’ TEA AND LOVE STORIES was hosted by the Protocol Committee. Those who attended were treated to an afternoon of tea, wine and song! Actor, singer and TAI member, Ivan Thompson, serenaded the ladies with several musical selections, including some requests! . TAI member Ivan Thompson, performed an original song that he wrote for the DOTA, titled Proud Black Bird. Afterwards, he presented TAI with the exclusive rights and musical score to the song!

Seaford NY - 24th July 2021 (ONLINE) Review by Robin R. NYPD Retirement Party • Reviewed on July 24, 2021 Johnny was an absolute pleasure to have at our retirement party. To say he was prepared is an understatement! I provided him with information prior to the party and he executed it to perfection. He included some of the guests into his performance which was a blast, made jokes, gave a gift to my husband and our son due to his recent engagement. Kudos to Johnny for being so professional, personable and most of all making our party a success. I would not hesitate to hire him again for a party in the future. "Alia has been a pleasure to work with. She has a great voice, can harmonize well, and is knowledgable about pop music. Even though we had a short time together, I can tell she is a professional singer at a very high level. She knows how to work the crowd, lead the band when appropriate, and is a strong singer. I wish we could keep her here on the Sensation but due to operational reasons, her talents can be utilized elsewhere on the fleet. Clearly for me, with no rehearsals and minimal amounts of rehearsing, we were able to deliver great performances and memorable experiences to our guests with Alia as our second singer."
