Biography

Yana is an R&B singer/songwriter whose mission is to shine her light in dark places, by using her gift to bring love and positivity to anyone who listens to her angelic voice. Yana has been singing from the young age of 4, but she was always too shy to sing in front of a large audience. Yana didn't take singing seriously until the age of 14, when she performed for the first time at her high school's talent show. Throughout her years of independently studying various genres of music, she developed a diverse musical background which includes Pop, Musical Theater, Gospel and her favorite, R&B.

Music has always been an outlet for her during difficult times. She has found music to be therapeutic for her and it became a way for her to express her feelings. As a singer/songwriter, she is passionate about using her art to connect with others and share her personal journey of growth and self-discovery.
