Description

Al Fairhurst is an extraordinary Singer/Musician from the north of England with a voice as big as his personality. Al began his professional musical career with the formation of his band 'The Rise' back in the early 90’s. The 4 piece band where signed to Polydoor and toured extensively both here in mainland UK and in Europe and in 1991 became the first British band ever to be invited to play the prestigious SXSW Festival in Austin, Texas.
In 2008 Al worked with Paul Weller, appearing at The Wiltern Theatre in Hollywood on his American Tour.
Now Al is a much sought after entertainer who p ... acks an awful lot of bang for your buck! With a huge repertoire of dynamic floor fillers from the sixties to the present along with classic passion felt power ballads that will have everyone singing along
He is a consummate professional with over 30 years experience in the business and always guarantees that he puts 110% heart & soul into every single performance.
